| All website details, including prices, are subject to change and notification of any relevant changes will be given to the buyer following receipt of order. The buyer will subsequently be offered the opportunity to cancel or amend the order. All prices shown are correct at the time of publication. All dimensions are approximate. Payment must be tendered with the order and orders will only be accepted on receipt of cleared funds. Factory Entertainment reserves the right to refuse an order. Factory Entertainment will dispach goods within 14 days, Factory Entertainment will not be liable for any delay in delivery of the goods however caused. Should Factory Entertainment be notified of any difficulties in shipping this information will be passed to the buyer. Returned goods must be unused, in their original packaging and in the same condition as received by the buyer. The entire liability of Factory Entertainment under the contract to which the order relates is limited to the value of the order and Factory Entertainment will have no liability for consequential loss, except where losses were within the contemplation of both parties. Claims in respect of defective products must be notified within 30 days and no refunds will be given for later notifications. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. | ChargebacksChargebacks occur when a customer complains to their card issuer about an entry on their statement. Card issuers will generally refund the entry to the customer and "chargeback" the retailer. Factory Entertainment Limited works exceptionally hard to ensure all orders are despatched and any issues raised are dealt with in a fair and timely manner. To this extent, Factory Entertainment Limited has an exceptionally high reputation with its card merchant account supplier and will always vigourously defend any chargeback attempts. If a chargeback is not resolved and Factory Entertainment subsequently suffers a loss due to this, Factory Entertainment reserves the right to make the following charges to recover our loss: - We will invoice the total amount of the chargeback to the customer
- We will pass on all card issuer chargeback adminstration fees. These are currently $20.
- We will charge $20 administration fee
- We will pass on any other fees incurred in recovering the loss
